Big Rivers Marketing was founded in July 2012 when Fred Heinecke and Matt McWay purchased the representation contracts from their previous employer W. T. Leonard & Associates.

October 1st, 2016 Jeremy Walter joined the ownership team with Fred and Matt.

January 1st, 2018 we formed BRM Sales, LLC as a buy/sell entity ensuring local product availability in the market for our wholesaler and contractor base.  We operate out of warehouses in St. Louis, MO and Omaha, NE providing customers same day shipping with next day delivery in all of our territory.

January 1st, 2022 Matt McWay and Jeremy Walter purchased Fred’s interest in Big Rivers Marketing.

August 1st, 2022, we merged with Mark Owens and Associates.  As a result of the merger Mark Owens joined the Big Rivers Marketing ownership team with Jeremy Walter and Matt McWay.

January 1st, 2026 Nathan Loudenslager joined Big Rivers Marketing ownership team with Jeremy, Matt, and Mark.
